Senior Director of Sales & Marketing Job Duties: (not all inclusive)
1. Develop an organized marketing and sales approach to effectively move prospects through the sales process to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
2. Oversee activities of Community’s sales team members to ensure that budgeted occupancy targets are met. Coach team members on necessary sales and closing techniques.
3. Responsible for maintaining budgeted occupancy by generating the number of qualified inquiries, referrals, personal community tours and then effectively closing the sale.
4. Identify, build and develop an effective network of community and professional sources for potential resident referrals and establish relationships that assure continuing opportunities for the community through spending the majority of the workweek out of the community engaged in these activities.
5. Achieve and maintain an acceptable number of marketing contacts per week. Maintain outside referral database of qualified contacts.
6. Develop active referral base within the community by making personal visits and sponsoring networking functions at the community. Accurately represent the community, its services and pricing structure in all interactions.
